Producer Application

As an IMBA event Producer, I promise to promote and uphold the high standards and good reputation of the IMBA. I promise to always put the safety and needs of the participants first by providing sufficient, appropriate stock and a well-maintained arena with appropriate panels, chutes, fencing and acceptable, groomed footing.

As an IMBA sanctioned Producer, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) I will display an IMBA banner at all sanctioned events.

2) I certify that every IMBA sanctioned event that I produce will carry typical Rodeo spectator liability insurance coverage with a minimum aggregate of $1 million coverage, naming the IMBA as additional insured as well as agreeing to indemnify the IMBA for any damages or losses that may occur during these events.

3) I understand that it is my responsibility to keep track of the rider’s standings through points or money earned, to qualify the top 3 from each division for the IMBA World Finals or individual qualifying winners for One Time Qualifying events. I also understand that it is my responsibility to validate IMBA membership for each rider who wants to qualify for World Finals through regular events or One Time Qualifying events. Points cannot accrue until competitor is a certified IMBA member. I agree to turn in my point standings once a month or after each event, should I have a limited number of events. The minimum number of IMBA events that I agree to produce is 5.

I understand that the following are the recommended age groups of the IMBA and may be used at our own discretion. However, riders who qualify for IMBA World Finals will ride strictly within their age group at finals.

1) FUNdamental Bulls- this division is for exhibition only and is not judged. Bulls shall be unflanked and will maintain a walk or trot for the 6 second ride.

2) PeeWee - mini bulls, calves or steers - kids 6-8yrs (6 seconds)

3) Junior Minis - age 9-11yrs

4) Senior Minis - age 12-14yrs

5) Novice Bulls - age 15 -17yrs (regular size bulls)
