IMBA PRESIDENT
Tobie Olson – Cascade, Idaho
Tobie has been an integral part of the IMBA since 2018, serving as a contractor, board member, and now President. Initially, Tobie joined the IMBA as a contractor, providing youth riders in his local area with appropriate stock and a safe place to compete. His goal has always been to prioritize the well-being of riders and their families while offering opportunities for high-level competition. As President, Tobie remains committed to fostering a safe and honest environment for youth bull riding.

Melinda McDonald – Goochland, Virginia
Melinda comes from a rodeo-loving family and has been running her own youth rodeo production company, Baad To The Bone Productions, for over a decade. She joined the IMBA family four years ago and has been a vital part of the organization as Vice President. Melinda's passion for youth rodeo shines in her work, and she continues to play a significant role in the IMBA’s mission to develop young athletes.

Glenna K. Young – Cascade, Idaho
With over 20 years of banking experience, including 10 years as a lending/branch manager, Glenna has been serving as IMBA’s Treasurer since 2020. A lifelong rodeo enthusiast from a rodeo-loving family, Glenna is deeply connected to the IMBA community. Her grandson has been an IMBA member for six years, continuing the family tradition of rodeo excellence. Glenna’s financial expertise and dedication make her an invaluable part of the team.

Josh Smith – Midland, Texas
Josh is a founding member of the IMBA, helping establish the association in 2017 out of Saginaw, Texas. As a seasoned stock contractor and operator of a youth association in Texas, Josh is dedicated to building the next generation of bull riders. His commitment to providing young athletes with the skills, tools, and proper stock needed to succeed reflects his belief in grit, faith, and education as keys to their growth both in and out of the arena.

Mike Chaffin Jr. – California
​Mike, the founder of AK Bucking Bulls, has a long-standing passion for bull riding and has held titles in the PRCA, IBR, and PBR. His experience as a professional athlete brings a wealth of knowledge to the IMBA. As the father of two IMBA competitors, Mike combines his skill and love for the sport with a dedication to youth bull riding, making him a vital member of the Board of Directors.

Jeff Terrell – Perry, Florida
With nearly seven years of experience as an IMBA member, Jeff brings his background as a former bareback rider in the PRCA to the board. His goal has always been to ensure the growth of safe and correct bull riding in his area. Jeff’s rodeo expertise and passion for the sport make him a valuable asset to the IMBA family.

Denny Count – Hastings, Michigan
Denny has been involved with the IMBA since its inception in 2017 and has over 30 years of experience in the rodeo industry. Known for his time as a professional bullfighter and clown, Denny has traveled extensively, bringing joy and safety to rodeos across the country. His commitment to providing honest and safe opportunities for youth athletes continues to drive his work with the IMBA.
